Pass a layer of dulce de leche (or Brigadier) on a cracker.
Place a toothpick in the center (half the biscuit out like a popsicle) and spread a bit of sweet milk on top of the toothpick. Close with another cookie, like a sandwich.
Train all “popsicles”.
Hold the stick and bathing in melted chocolate forming a cone all around the set, taking care not to let the dirty toothpick.
You can sprinkle colored confectionery, chocolate sprinkles or coconut.
Arrange the alfajors on a platter lined with foil and take to the refrigerator to harden.
After three hours, pack each alfajor with cellophane bag and tie with ribbon.
