PIE FROZEN PEANUT

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup (tea) Wafer biscuit Victory ground chocolate (80g)
  • ½ cup (tea) chopped peanuts (60g)
  • ¼ cup (tea) of melted butter
  • ¼ cup (tea) of peanut butter (60g)
  • 150g cream cheese
  • 200g condensed milk
  • ½ cup (tea) of peanut butter (125g)
  • 1 cup (tea) of whipping cream whipped hit point

Preparation:

Mass
In a food processor, place the biscuit Wafer Victory crushed chocolate, chopped peanuts, melted butter and peanut butter and beat until it forms a homogeneous mass.
With this mass, line the bottom of a round loaf of false bottom (23 cm diameter) and set aside.

Cream
Put in a mixer the cream cheese, condensed milk and peanut butter and mix well to form a homogeneous mixture.Stop the mixer, add the whipping cream whipped hit point and mix gently.
Put this cream on the cookie dough which is within the mold and freeze for 2 hours. Remove from freezer, unmold and serve.
